The location is excellent. The pool was amazing. My personal highlight was the warm water pool. The gym was quite enough even though I missed my kettlebells. Had to get creative haha. The facilities were well kept and I loved the free water in the gym area.
As other's have stated it can get quite noisy at night but the door to the living area can be closed rendering that a non issue. I heard nothing while sleeping.

The gym is great, especially being able to work out with a sea view. There are Starbucks, plenty of bars and restaurants just downstairs and nearby. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, which was really important for us and saved a lot of time and energy. For this trip, staying right in the city center was definitely the right choice.

The property is in a nice high rise building, with a beautiful pool and solid facilities on the top floors. Everything was clean, and the property owner responded to text messages quickly.
To be honest, the room was a bit smaller/more cramped than I expected. I also thought there was going to be a bathtub in the bathroom like in the pictures, though I later realized that the studio that I selected did not have bathtubs, so that was my fault. But even so, it could have been clearer which photos belonged to which unit types. It was also unclear to me that this was a room being rented out in an apartment building/condominium, rather than a hotel. I was not aware of that, so the experience for check-in was rather different than I expected.
