Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
Leider gab es auf der Terrasse an der Küche nur einen alten Tisch und keine Stühle oder Liegen. Die Abflüsse in der Wohnung haben einen unangenehmen Geruch abgegeben, den wir auch mit lüften nicht weg bekommen haben. (Wohnung war sicherlich lange nicht vermietet)
Über den Fußleisten sieht man vielen Stellen die Feuchtigkeit im Mauerwerk. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen!

The property is located on the first floor and consists of two wings of the building. It has a convenient location close to restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, takeaways, pastry shops, and more. Despite its position on a busy road, it was pleasant to stay there at night with the windows and French doors to the back terrace open, all fitted with mosquito screens—which is a real plus in the summer season. Thanks to this, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, and the two bathrooms and two bedrooms are also well supplied. The apartment is also tastefully furnished.
There is no problem finding a parking spot on the street, but cars sometimes approach the area quite aggressively, so extra caution is needed when walking along the wall to reach the car park.

L'appartamento era molto grande e con un bagno molto spazioso. Inoltre ci sono 2 belle terrazze e Vincenza è stata molto premurosa e sempre a disposizione. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di doppio cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Vincenza ci ha anche fatto delle piccole sorprese che abbiamo molto gradito.
Purtroppo la camera è un po' disturbata dal traffico della strada sottostante. Ci vorrebbero delle pentole e padelle in più per cucinare, anche se noi siamo stati spesso fuori a cena.
