It's a large ground floor apartment tastefully appointed with a large ensuite bathroom, a big 2nd bedroom with 2 singles, and a large living space with a modern TV with all the streaming services available (+bluray). There are powered blackout shutters for late sleepers, a large modern kitchen with a coffee machine (pods provided), washing machine and dishwasher (tablets provided), and everything you need to cook for your family while on holiday. There's a drying rack, ironing board and iron too. Step out the sliding doors onto the apartment's private patio and there's a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and two loungers. Don't worry there are plenty more loungers poolside if you have a larger group.The pool is deep, but there's a smaller one for small children. It also have fibre internet with a Wifi6 router so there's plenty of connectivity if you need to work.
I have to call out Rentalgest and give them enormous credit for the cleanliness of the apartment. It was spotless, every shower, every mirror, inside the fridge -- everywhere.
The location is great, you're just far enough away from the nightlife for it to be whisper quiet by the pool in the evenings but you're only an 8-10 minute walk from the Marina with all it's bars, cafes and water tours, and from there it's 5 minutes across the pedestrian bridge into the old town.
You're also 10 minutes from a large supermarket or you can take the scenic route along the marina grabbing a coffee on the way, which takes 15 minutes.
Walk the other way and you're 10 minutes from a beautiful beach. It's not a cove with beautiful cliffs and caves but its shallow and uncrowded. Oh, and the apartment provides 2 beach umbrellas, don't forget them!

There's a couple of areas where the plaster needs attention which looks like a builder quality issue, it had no impact on our enjoyment of the property.

Very courteous and helpful property management. Beach towels availability. Walk out to the poll. Clean and well equipped kitchen.
Water damage in one of the bedroom. Poll bedroom shelf damaged. A bit pricy.
