Immaculate condition throughout.
Facilities were great, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need
Seating area was comfortable. More than enough room to sit back and enjoy dinner and then watch the football.
Village is lovely with 3 pubs within walking distance.
Bedrooms were comfortable. There was a heatwave during our stay so the rooms felt very warm but downstairs remained comfortable.
Garden space was pretty.
Accessibility was an issue as there are steep steps to the property but we knew that when we booked.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge but again I knew that prior to booking and we always found somewhere

Das Rose Cottage lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, ein Bus hält direkt gegenüber, fährt aber nur alle zwei Stunden, so dass es nicht störend ist. Das Pub in der Straße ist leider dauerhaft geschlossen, jedoch gibt es zwei weitere Pubs/Inns in Laufweite, auch einen kleinen Laden und eine Apotheke gibt es in der Straße; vom Haus sieht man den River Teign, zur Ankunft gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit Scones, Marmelade und Clotted Cream, was sehr nett war, im Kühlschrank wartete Milch und Wasser - danke dafür; von hier aus kann man gut Devon und Cornwall bereisen
