Newly renovated and furnished 72 m² apartment in the heart of Klagenfurt with a stunning view of the Karawanken Mountains and the surrounding mountain ranges.
LOCATION:
Quiet location with excellent amenities. Bus stop 1 minute away—bus service 6 times per hour to downtown (7 min) or Lake Wörthersee (approx. 15 min); Spar, Billa, pharmacy, tobacco shop, ATM, billiards café, and various restaurants all within a 2-minute walk.
Free parking in front of the building for 2 cars
Storage space for bicycles, skis, etc. available upon request
