Pleasant temperature, relaxing and quiet atmosphere, big & clean pool.
Most guests were elderly people, we were the only (young) family there.

We ate dinner at their restaurant and it was the best beef stake in a while. There's a pool. There's also a spa that you can reserve by an hour for 70 euro.The whole place is very unique and interesting. Good bed, free parking.
Well, it's at the top of the mountain. We weren't aware of it when we booked, so we were very surprised when the climate changed and the roads became very steep and challenging. :)

Close to Siena and triple room configuration
No air conditioning available in the rooms and it was a heat wave in Italy so the temperature in our room was very hot and uncomfortable. I expected a Relais hotel to have air conditioning AND the pool was covered and not open because the man who opens it every day was sick; could no one else at the hotel open the pool, especially given there is a heat wave on and no air conditioning in the rooms??!!
