I liked the full access to the Spa and dinner at the restaurant across from the hot pools.

We’d stayed before and just loved the location. We love the on-site thermal pools and little garden . I treated myself to a massage and in the face of numerous family issues over the last six months Daniel did a great job of unknotting me! I also booked a mud scrub . Not so sure about this one. I was expecting a beautician to scrub and put on the mud .. but in fact I was given two bowls and the privacy of a spa room with a shower and two jet streams rhat came on at required time to clean everything off . I didn’t mind that but just good to know if you are expecting anything different. Liked that there were tea wnd coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast offering is one of the best we experienced on our road trip .

Last time we were here we ate at the hotel restaurant and really loved it but this time we didn’t because we were struggling to see things on the menu we really wanted or liked . We’re not fussy eaters so we’re a bit surprised to find ourselves faced with the idea that we didn’t really want to eat there as nothing much appealed . Plenty of other options and in fact one evening we explored one of the other nearby villages instead .

What a memorable stay! Bagno Vignoni is such a special place, and we loved getting to be there in the evening and early morning before the crowds. Our room was charming, quiet, and clean; the restaurant food was delicious and service charming; the spa was a welcome respite after our hikes through the Tuscan hills.

Coming into hotel a little confusing . And a lot of walking traffic to maneuver to drop off luggage and check in. Parking was a walk and up a hill. So make sure to drop off luggage first . The person at check out was not the friendliest.
