The apartment itself is modern, updated, and located on the top floor of a house in a quiet suburban neighborhood about a 30-minute drive from Nurnberg. The apartment was very clean. Getting in and out of the apartment was easy with the door code (but there are some stairs involved, which may be important for some to know). The kitchen appliances and supplies like pots, plates, cups, etc. are all in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. We specifically chose this property because it advertised air conditioning during a very hot period, but it barely worked, leaving the apartment hot and uncomfortable on our first night, resulting in poor sleep. Considering we paid a higher price for this feature, the value for money was poor. Luckily the weather cooled off after the first night, so the temperature became more pleasant inside for the rest of our stay.
Additionally, there are two nearby construction sites next to the house, with noise starting early in the morning and continuing into the evening. The couches were also uncomfortable for relaxing, as they were quite hard, small and upright. Some of the smart home features were unreliable, with blackout shades operating on their own, which was unsettling. Communication with the host was also lacking, as our messages went unanswered.

Es una casa moderna con instalaciones de excelente calidad. Paneles solares, temperatura regulable independiente en ambas habitaciones, baño y living. Excelente baño, ducha, camas cómodas, cocina moderna y completa.
La ubicación nos pareció ideal, alejado de Nuremberg, pero con una estación de tren a 100 mts de la casa. Los trenes circulan todo el tiempo, pero son eléctricos y casi no se los escucha.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en la casa nuevamente.

Groot en comfortabel appartement, alles aanwezig, schoon met wasmachine/ droger.
Er komen ontzettend veel treinen langs. Overdag niet erg maar ‘s nachts met open raam wat minder.

Die Lage war für die geplanten Ausflüge am Ludwig Main Donaukanal ideal gelegen. Zuganbindung sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung war trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen (>30 Grad) angenehm kühl.
Die Benachrichtigung zum Türcode erfolgte recht ungewöhnlich per sms, erst viel später kam die mail herein.
Wir konnten das aber telefonisch regeln.
