LOCATION IS THE BIGGEST PLUS POINT OF THE HOTEL
THEY DIDNOT PROVIDE COMPLIEMNATRY BREAKFAST-AFTER 7000/NIGHT, THAT IS NOT EXPECTED.
HIGH TEA FROM 4-6 PM-THAT IS COMPLIMENTARY THEY MENTIONED
BUT HIGH TEA MEANS COOKIES AND TEA/COFEE!

The location was brilliant - just 2 mins from the Main Street and lots of food / shopping around.
Cleaning before checkin should have been more thorough. When we raised it with the manger - they were very apologetic and took the feedback onboard.

The location was good and the rooms were neat and spacious.
Firstly the address is wrong and when we called the listed number it was a different hotel. It’s not an easy location to drive so the address should be accurate.
Hot water at set times was not advertised to us and could have been advised when booking. Very loud could hear the person next door to us throwing up and all the doors slam shut waking you up. We were charged for a bucket of ice and then when reception had no change we ended up paying more than the cost that’s just poor guest experience.
