Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Appartementhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Abgesicherte Zufahrt und Stellplatz. Orte wie Taormina, Catania und Syrakus sind gut zu erreichen. Der Ätna in gut 90min. Ein guter Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Der morgendliche Blick auf das Meer war genial. Superschöne Sonnenaufgänge. Toller Garten mit Liegemöglichkeiten. Zugang zu einer Felsenklippe direkt am Meer. Wir konnten das Meer täglich hören und wahrnehmen.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und der Garten wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Privater Garten und Pool .Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation auf englisch hat gut geklappt.
Wir konnten am Abreisetag bis 15.00 Uhr vor Ort bleiben. Was uns sehr gefreut hat. Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter. Auch die Anreise war unkompliziert.
Es handelt sich hier um eine Wohnung und nicht um ein Doppelhaus. Die Wohnung liegt im Parterre. Die Wohnung der Vermieter ist gleich nebenan. Das Haus stand zu unserer Zeit komplett leer und wir hatten absolute Ruhe. Die anderen Wohnungen haben einen separaten Garten und Pool. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Fenster, was jedoch fest verglast ist und sich nicht öffnen lässt. Lüftung somit nur über den Wohnbereich möglich.

Overall it was a nice place to stay with direct sea view. The apartment offered you direct view of mount Etna and sea which was the highlight of our stay. The apartment is fully air conditioned and very well cleaned.
Kitchen was too small and there was no microwave. Also the property is quite close to untouched nature so there are lots of insects and lizards around this property sometimes they come in the apartment as well.
