Very comfortable apartment and the location was excellent.
We had issues on arrival with the system not letting us into the carpark (it was registering as "Already Present 24/10/26"). Luckily, some cleaners who had been stuck behind us for quite some time let us in (the intercom kept saying "Intercom busy", so I got no response). Similarly, when leaving it did not register us via the fob. After several minutes we got onto the phone number above the panel to Michael who let us out (unfortunately when trying to ask if we'd have the same issue getting back in, he hung up on us). As it turned out, I didn't use the carpark again.
The other complication was not being able to get check-in information until 2pm the day of arrival. We were on a long drive with no wifi coverage and had trouble downloading the information once it became available and we were in range of mobile. That made it difficult to sort out what we needed to do. An extra 24 hours would go a long way to making that process much easier on travellers.

Great location, beautiful view
It is a little tired and although the host is very responsive the portal is a pain.

Location was great and very comfortable
It is a bit dated, cracked tiles, bit of grime around windows etc. in its day it must have been beautiful.
Being right on the waterfront there was plenty of noise, idiots screaming around in cars etc
