The house is clean and convenient. It has all necessary facilities, barbecue zone and terrace for outdoor dining. Garden shower is helpful during the hot days and after the beach. The beach is in 8 min. walking distance. Grocery shops are in 8 min. by car. The house has its own parking area inside on the territory.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è splendida e dotata di ogni comfort, con un giardino curato e bellissimo. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La posizione è ideale, a metà strada tra il centro di Villasimius e la splendida Spiaggia di Simius. Un’esperienza davvero positiva: ci piacerebbe tornare presto!
