The aprartment was modern, very clean, location was fantastic, communication with the owner excellent and the rooftop in particular was amazing, very large with superb views.
There wasn't, between four of us, anything that we didn't like about the accomodation, it was brilliant.

Beautiful location

The sofa bad was stained , so one of our guests had to sleep on the ground for one night. They did change it the day after, but they did not give any compensation for this even though we asked.
The shampoos/toilet products were empty. We had to ask them to reload them.
They ask for 250€ deposit, that you have to transfer from your bank account to theirs directly (is this even legal? Why not ask booking to hold the deposit?) and YOU, as a customer, have to pay the transaction fees for it, and you’ll also lose money on the conversion. They said transaction fee was 5€, but they made me pay 10€ and until now, I received no refunds.
Host was responsive but until now have not explained why I was charged 10€ instead of 5€. And overall, lost 10€ on conversion fees for the deposit.
