Luxurious but friendly, a place with unexpected history.
The room was spacious, the view from our onsen very calming and beautiful.
The staff is trying very hard to provide the best service possible. The food is exquisite. We enjoyed ourselves very much!
Loved everything, but of course it is pretty expensive (for us)

Tomamos la opción del desayuno japones y nos gustó, aunque no son sabores a los que estemos acostumbrados para desayunar.
El personal no habla muy buen ingles. No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel.
La cena fabulosa.

The location, being so remote and quiet, the excellent and attentive service, and the food which had a great blend between French and local Japanese cuisine.
There wasn’t anything we disliked. It would be great if there were more on-premise facilities, like maybe a spa or a swimming pool, particularly as it’s more remote, but the space may be a constraint.

We had a wonderful time the rooms were amazing and the food was the highlight. All the staff were very professional and helpful.
