Great location & very good communication from the hosts.

Location, nice apartment & could use the hotels facilities.

Tv in living room didn’t work & hosts never got it fixed after a few messages back & forth, floors not the cleanest just in certain areas, but overall a lovely apartment.

For the price paid, which was a lot it was disappointing. I asked for compensation for issues but they basically denied

Location was good. Shower good. Pool area good Beds comfortable but 2nd bed is pull down in addition to sofa and second bedroom is small.

Access system too complicated. TVs in both bedrooms did not work even after engineer attended. Safe did not work till fixed. Bad mark/stain on lounge rug. Table wobbly unusable. Beds pull down in 2nd very small bedroom. Had to request mugs/tumblers as not enough. They use AI Angel host I had to send over 20 emails to try and get issues sorted and still no BR TV.

Great place to stay

Fantastic location for Bayside and other attractions in Downtown Miami, opposite a monorail to get around the city which was great....the Condo was perfect, very clean and welcoming also great communication with the host, checking if we were happy and if we needed anything....security is great, you need your phone key to access elevator, would highly recommend, we will definitely stay again 😀

Bon emplacement dans le centre ville, proche de toutes les commodités. L'appartement est grande et bien propre. Il est bien meublé bien équipé pour la cuisine, tout le confort est présent.

L'ouverture de la porte par le smart phone, ça fonctionne une fois sur deux. J'aurais aimé un key card classique. Imaginez l'angoisse quand la porte ne s'ouvre pas à deux heures du matin!
