Staff is very nice. The common rooms are nicely decorated and the common area is stylish and cheery. The bedrooms are tiny, however.
The bathroom was about 3 ft by 5 ft and there was no shower doors so the water went onto the bathroom floor and there was no drain so there were deep puddles on the bathroom floor that did not dry. *See photo). The bedroom was tiny and there was no room for both luggage and moving about. Bad value for the money. The view out the window was a like a dump/slum (see photos), The alley that the road was on was like a slum with garbage piled high (see photo) The road is located deep in the Medina with no car access so the walk with one's luggage is about 10 minutes long. Bed linens were rough like sandpaper. These rooms should be offered at half the price. Worse value for the money that I encountered on our 3-week long trip in Morocco.
