The hotel was so close to all of the places that me and my partner wanted to visit! The hotel staffs were all accommodating and ready to help. And me and my partner is comfortable in the room we stayed at.
Maybe the stairs. But I've come to know about it already since I've been checking other guest's review before I book & be actually there so I've managed to set my expectations. It was a good cardio exercise though! 😅🤣 And also the bed linen wasn't fitted in the bed itself so every time you move & toss around, the linen is also getting removed.

Breakfast provided during the stay was amazing. Space is enough as per expected. Rooms were clean and the staff took a good effort to keep it clean.
We had to climb 4 stories to reach the rooms. My parents found it hard to climb up four stories. It would be great if it the hotel could vacant some rooms according to the age of different clients.

It was close to everything in the downtown core and it was far enough from the super noisy nightlife of pho da bo street. The mattresses were super firm which is great for anyone with back problems and they provided a small choice of menu for a tasty breakfast.
They could have supplied a daily bottle of water and coffee in the room

Location
No electricity in the bad room when we already checked in, we had to call the receptionist to inform to preparing. Why? We received an email from them; before; that they were ready to welcome us
