Breakfast provided during the stay was amazing. Space is enough as per expected. Rooms were clean and the staff took a good effort to keep it clean.
We had to climb 4 stories to reach the rooms. My parents found it hard to climb up four stories. It would be great if it the hotel could vacant some rooms according to the age of different clients.

It was close to everything in the downtown core and it was far enough from the super noisy nightlife of pho da bo street. The mattresses were super firm which is great for anyone with back problems and they provided a small choice of menu for a tasty breakfast.
They could have supplied a daily bottle of water and coffee in the room

1) Room and location
2) Morning receptionist was cooperative
1) Night receptionist was rude, not helpful
2) No lift
3) No variey of Breakfast and that too limited
4) Hotel approach is very bad, especially for persion having more luggage.as it is inside 10 ft lane
5) Night receptionist was very rude, not having intention to help guests.
6) Only one water bottle per head for entire stay.
Overall, not to select or book this hotel.
