The location of the property is perfect for an out of city getaway. It's close to shops with everything you need and close enough for walks, hikes and travelling to other parts of North Wales. The property was clean and really comfortable with information on using heaters and cooking. The gardens around are well kept and staff are friendly. I recommmend havinv a go in the jacuzzi, it was nice and warm and the views outside were amazing.
In the bathroom in the bedroom the sink was blocked and it made the bathroom smell, after inspection I did find it clogged with black hair and some kind of hardened cream. Could probably do with a bit of a clean. To be honest, the property was so nice I wouldn't have complained about this, and i'm sure it was just a small mistake. Not the properties fault, but make sure that if you're using the public transport you check times, especially coming back to the property as it changes everyday. I don't drive so I releyed heavily on transport for my trip and was often waiting for half an hour to an hour for my journeys home.

I liked that the location and the setting were lovely
The outside hot tub wasn’t kept clean and the other one was always being used and closed early. I don’t think it should have a time restriction. Also, I think there was a problem with the drains as the toilet smelt bad all the time. Dirty kitchen utensils.
