I would have looked for alternative

It was close to all amenities Owner is helpful and responsive

It is technically a room with a private bathroom and toilet in a two floor big house The couch bed is extremely bad, so the 3rd person had to opt to sleeping on the floor instead The kitchen is shared with another room and the whole building can access it The freezer was completely blocked with ice but I just cleaned it Overall cleanliness is ok, part of the booking is for the renter to clean after themselves and take out the trash when leaving, which we respected and did

Juste l'emplacement de l'endroit car il y a assez de boutiques autour, pharmacie etc...

Le lit est merdique Le chauffage n'est pas à point surtout en ce temps d'hiver. Il y a des odeurs de canalisation dans la douche ce qui fait que la chambre pue

L'emplacement est nickel à un quart d'heure de la gare TGV. Très propre. Disponibilité Netflix

Insonorisation des mûrs, pas de poubelle, tv sans chaines classiques, équipement minimaliste, ca mérite un meilleur matelas. pas de bureau pour travailler, la TV est posée dessus, pas de table basse, pas de prises ou de lampes de chevet à coté du lit. Le prix est vraiment excessif par apport à toutes ces remontées.
