Well stocked and laid out kitchen. Lovely welcome box. Had all the little things like dishwasher tablets, toilet roll etc. Wifi was excellent. There was a little gate onto the green behind - this led to a play area so perfect if you had kids. Lovely view of Ravenscar.
It is on a main road into Fylingthorpe and Robin Hoods Bay which was not a problem for us but could be in summer. The shower room is internal and the water drainage system was quite noisy.

Location was good and it was thoughtful for tea, coffee and light snacks to be left for the guests. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery available. A short walk to the costal path and RHB.
No designated parking. You can either parking outside on a busy main road and risk you car being clipped by the busy RHB traffic or find parking a few minutes walk away.. One neighbour was quite rude and told us to move our cars because we had put 2 wheels on the pavement. Both of the doors need new barrels and its awkward to get the key to work. The front door has also swollen over time and takes some effort to open due to it being tight. The shower in the property is very small and you can see that the mould on the ceiling has been painted over. The double beds are quite small (I appreciate this is minor).
