Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den gepflegten Garten, den Pool und das Meer. Der Empfang durch Giorgio war sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es sind keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Pool hat tolle Öffnungszeiten (bis 22 Uhr) und zumindest in der Nebensaison mehr als genug Liegen
Die Straße ist schon störend wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. In der Wohnung hört man allerdings nichts! Schade ist es trotzdem.
Die Treppe zum Bett im 1. Stock ist arg eng und dieser ist doch deutlich niedriger, als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten.

Merci à Giorgio pour son accueil, et les réponses apportées à mes questions., L'environnement est magnifique, la piscine superbe, la vue depuis le balcon géniale. Dans l'appartement, tout était parfait, la propreté, la salle de bain bien équipée, la clim, les équipements, le parking fermé.
La chambre sous le toit, pas facile d'accès, on ne peut pas se tenir debout tellement le plafond est bas et l'escalier un peu dangereux.

Clean and very nice newly renovated apartment. Well equipped and furnished. Wunderfull terrace with spectular sea view. Pool and Close to Beach + private parking. Check in was smoothless and friendly including advices on shopping etc..We loved our stay 110% and would love to come back - Top class!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay in the lovely holiday apartment! It is modern and newly furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. From the balcony we enjoyed a stunning view onto the sea over the Miramar Beach hotel. We slept in the bedroom on the ground floor. The double bed was very comfortable for us, but might be a bit narrow for taller people. There is also a wider double bed on the mezzanine, but we didn’t use it. We also enjoyed using the pool to cool off in the afternoons. The pool is part of the residence and used by other residents. All users of the pool behaved calmly and considerately. The parking space allocated to the apartment is located within the complex, which can only be accessed with a code. We were able to leave belongings in the car without a worry. The host is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal place to explore the area and go for a swim in the magnificent Calanques. The countryside around Théoule, the Esterel massif, is stunningly beautiful and varied. It’s ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling, sketching and relaxing.
One minor drawback is that it can get quite noisy from the road when you’re sitting on the balcony. But you can’t hear a thing inside the flat.
