Представьте себе новый городской роскошный чистый (как и всё в Баку) парк. Представили? Теперь представьте, что каждое утро, день и вечер вы прогуливаетесь по этому чудесному парку от дома в центр и от центра домой, да да, в ту самую квартиру о которой пойдёт речь. Чудесной, большой, яркой квартире в которой я, как коренной бакинец чувствовал себя не как в гостях, а как у себя дома, уютно, уверенно, раскрепощенно. Особенно, когда хозяйка квартиры и её помошник, беспокоятся о вашем пребывании и делают его незабываемым. Большая кухня, огромный балкон, широченные комнаты. Много света, много пространства. Два санузла. Во внутреннем дворе маленький парк с беседками. Охраняемая территория. Тихие и отзывчивые соседи. Сразу на выходе отличная пекарня СанТортино. Открывается в 8:00 и работает до поздна , без выходных. До Ичери Шехер 15-20 минут размеренного шага через старые интересные исторические кварталы города. Стрлько же до Парка Фонтанов и Нагорного Парка. В квартире есть всё необходимое для беспечного отдыха, самостоятельной готовки и стирки. И если честно, было очень грустно с ней прощаться. Спасибо Бахар и её помощнику Камрану за сервис и эмпатию. Настоятельно рекомендую.

The apartment is beautiful spacious, and looks exactly like the photos. The view from the balcony is wonderful. There is air conditioning in every room. The location is ideal close to the city center.Special praise goes to the host, Bahar,a wonderful woman who was available 24/7 for any questions and text me several times to make sure everything was ok. She also kindly allowed us to check out a few hours later on our last day because our flight was late in the evening.
There is a swing on the terrace, as well ,that was very cool.
A wonderful experience. If you’re planning a trip to Baku, I highly recommend choosing this apartment! Thank you again!

This apartment has great potential! It’s very spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a large kitchen equipped with everything you need, and a lovely balcony. We enjoyed walking to the city center (about 20-30 minutes down the park), and taking a Bolt ride back cost only around 2 USD. The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, and didn’t charge any extra fees.
The view is beautiful — you can see the entire city and the sea from the balcony, yet it still feels private and peaceful.
I gave the apartment the highest rating because the few negative aspects can easily be fixed with a bit of attention: a professional cleaning would make a big difference. The large windows would look much better if cleaned, and the floors could be washed more thoroughly. Once that’s done, this apartment will be perfect!
