Nice apartment in a good location, but poor communication from the staff

Great location. The apartment is in a new building and is nice overall. We have no complaints about the apartment itself, and the cleaning was fine.

The communication with the staff was bad. They answered not very friendly and gave us no information about the parking, which we paid for separately. When we asked, they gave us the wrong parking spot, and because of that we blocked another car. We contacted the staff again about this, and they insisted that we were in the correct spot. Later we got an unpleasant note from the owners of the car we had blocked. Also, the sofa was very dirty with stains, and the table was dirty and scratched. It looks strange, because the apartment itself is nice, but it is clear that the furniture is not well looked after.

Dirt and no customer service

The location looked promising. Bit confusing to locate the entrance.

Had to leave the apartment due hygiene and cleanliness issues. Filthy floor and surfaces. Curtains in the bedroom ripped off of the rails. Bed looked like somebody already slept in it. Balcony covered in pigeons guano, including furniture. Clearly the place hasn't been cleaned for a lenghty period of time, and for sure wasn't cleaned up after previous guests. Left apartment in less than half an hour. Contacted the property regarding issues. No contact at the time whatsoever. No help to solve issues, not even an apology All I got was to send photos and then after 4 days was asked to fill the complaint form. Maybe that's one off, but place as well as customer service was atrocious
