Lovely to stay in a traditional Austrian Pension house, slight mobility issues due to our age. Beautiful Austrian breakfast. We loved the short stay to visit Kitzbuhl. Great Italian Restaurant closeby.
Old traditional staircase was a bit of a challenge but we were ok.

Good location for town and ski lifts.

Would have liked a lounge area to meet other guests and relax with tea or coffee after days out rather than being confined to bedroom with very limited non German TV options.

"Haus Koller was a great spot, right in town and yet very quiet. Our room was large and we had the most comfortable bed and pillows - I would have loved to take a pillow home!!
