"Kirmerhof", 6-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2021, beautiful and cosy furnishings: upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed and hand-basin. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Balcony, patio, lawn 100 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The apartment can be booked in winter under AT6280.608.1 (ZAZ315) for up to 14 people. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
