Lovely historic building and the flat is in great condition. Excellent value for money. Appreciated the coffee and snacks provided too. Very responsive host. Really nice location in Arezzo.
Everything was good for me. I can imagine that the uneven stairs might up to second floor level might be a challenge for some people.

L’atmosfera caratteristica in una casa del 1400 e la posizione vicinissima al centro.
La comodità del letto e la completezza della cucina.
Il bagno è piccolo, senza bidè e con una doccia che inevitabilmente bagna tutto il bagno.

la colazione è stata essenziale, trattandosi di un appartamento. Ambiente piccolo ma estremamente accogliente e funzionale, ben arredato, pulito ed adatto anche per cene in casa per due, con l'essenziale per cucinare e godersi un po' di relax. Posizione ottima sia per il corso che per una camminata, salendo verso il Duomo. parcheggio comodo a 200 mt.
