The location, cleanliness and comfortability of the place.
The living rooms had no air conditioning neither a fan in the living rooms to help combat the heat. The air conditioners in the rooms is not strong enough to provide enough coolness in the living rooms.

Cleanest apt rental I have stayed in. Host always responded quickly, was so pleasant and eager to share information. Almost every amenity you need was available here. Water was hot and a/c was cold. Great stay overall.
