We stayed here for one night before our flight, and the location was very convenient — only about 15 minutes from the airport. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of five, which was exactly what we needed for a short overnight stay before continuing our journey.
The main issue for us was the air conditioning. There is only one AC unit in the hallway and none in the bedrooms. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, so the bedrooms became quite warm and uncomfortable.
We also had an issue with the hot water. The boiler only reached around 31°C. It was manageable for the adults for a quick shower, but unfortunately it was not warm enough for the children.
These are the two main things that would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Удобное тихое место, легкое общение с хозяином. Все необходимое на кухне, бесплатная парковка. Много места в квартире.
Несмотря на то, что всё везде чисто и аккуратно, сама квартира довольно старая. Ремонт хоть чистый, но сильно не современный (особенно ванна). Кондиционер находится только в коридоре и не всегда хватает прохлады для спален. Очень ранний выезд, в 10:00 утра. Но хозяин пошёл нам навстречу и сделал исключение, добавив лишний час. В целом мы довольны.
