The best place to stay in Darjeeling.
The room is very clean and spacious. The food supplies is superb. Homemade tasty food served with love. Food quantity and quality are far better for the minimal cost.
Ideal place for a small family to stay for as many days as you want.
The owner is very friendly and non-interfering. They never ask anyone to put review. It means all the reviews for Nyano Home Stay are genuine.
The room is about 100 meters from the main road. A car can easily go to the place. The place is very peaceful, away from the traffic of the main road.
I stayed at Nyano Ghar for 2 nights (24th May to 26th May). I recommend all to book this homestay.

The location was very peaceful with a good view. Breakfast was good, healthy and more than enough for my family. The only thing was the steep colony approach road which can be bit tiresome for Senior Citizens. The owners were very helpful in arranging taxi services for us in very short time. Not too far from the MALL road.

I was a bit worried about my middled aged parents since it was off season (July) and a high altitude area since we were from plains (Chennai), but it turned out to be wrong when hosts Richard and Anamika took such a great care of us in their lovely and comfortable homestay. We had no hesitations asking any of our requirements. They even cooked delicious local dishes for us. The driver they had arranged for local travel, Sanjay da turned out to be super-friendly and covered all possible places with utmost care and patience. Even though it was an off season, we had the best time in Darjeeling! We are really touched by hospitality received and will be missing our stay carrying bagful of memories. I wholeheartedly recommend to all travellers to book at Nyano Ghar for a comfortable stay
