清潔でベットの寝心地もよかったです。スタッフの方は親切で遅く着いた私たちの夕飯先を一生懸命探してくれました。その節はありがとうございます。
宿泊施設は三階､トイレは一階なので寝た後にトイレで起きて一階のトイレまで行くのは少しキツかったです。

Yamagata guesthouse has been one of our most interesting accommodations in Japan. We absolutely loved beeing able to sleep in a former highschool and the idea of the community house in general. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the common area and beds were cozy and the kitchen and bathroom absolutely spotless. Can also recommend the café on the first floor. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Wi-Fiは今回初めて使用したが、比較的速度が出ており、快適だった。宿泊客が満員だった場合は未定だが、ノートPCで、不都合はありませんでした。村山あたりに出張で来られる方は、ネット環境は、比較的問題はないかと思うが、机は少ないので（デスクワークできるというほどの設備ではないため）、その辺りはビミョー。一応、農家希望者向けの宿泊施設の延長というイメージっぽいので、そのあたりは、余暇にちょっとWi-Fiにつなげネット検索し、近隣のスイーツとか、温泉、そばの名所を調べる程度に関しては、不都合がないと考えたほうが、あなたはまともだと思う。というイメージ。
今回で、3回目くらい利用させていただいているが、宿泊施設自体は、旧小学校校舎に併設増築した、ある意味耐震強度的には安全だと思しき増設構造物の3階にあるのだが、その宿泊施設がある３階と、その建屋の２階に、トイレがない。1階にはある（合計2か所トイレがあるというイメージ）。という特殊条件の宿泊施設であるため、夕食とかの後に、そういう3階の施設で飲んで、急に吐き気を催したとか、おなかが冷えて痛くなったという【急性的身体的偏変調による、トイレへの駆け込み行動に関し、非常に冷徹なジャッジ、裁定をあなたに下す場合がある】という部分が、【いつも懸案】であるのだが、とりあえず、3回くらい利用していますが、問題も起きておらず、私は元気です。とりあえず、かなりやばい状況に陥っても、いつもギリギリトイレには到達できています。だからこの施設を利用できている。【基本、健康な人向き。】（就農研修希望者向けの格安宿泊プラン設定がある宿泊施設だから。）そういうの（=要するにトイレが非常に遠隔地に位置している）が無理な方は、駅の反対側のビジネスホテルとかに泊まるというイメージっぽい。価格のことを考えたら、近所に東根温泉郷もあるので、【だからトイレが3階と、２階にはない。】と解釈していますが。トイレが近くにはないから、宿泊客がビミョーに猛者しか来ないのだろう。
