部屋はコンパクトだが、使いやすかった。朝食は当日でも頼むことができてよかった。アパートの個室が並んでいるような作りなので、他の宿泊者との交流はなかなか難しい。安くてボリュームのある朝食があるので、ゲストハウスというよりも、老舗のB&Bというイメージ。
ロケーションは、いいとは言えない。チェックインの時は盛岡駅西口からふくらむように遠回りをしてしまった。飲食店が多い南口を出て、線路沿いの道を進み、マックスバリューの近くの陸橋を渡るほうがわかりやすいと思う。

スタッフさんの館内のご案内がとても丁寧でした。また、ドミトリーと書いてありましたが、鍵のかかる個室でした。
駅から遠い。スタッフさんは15分くらいですよと言っていましたが、道が複雑で、往復タクシーを使いました。

宿泊代が安くて大変良かった。
床のゴミや部屋のニオイが気になりました。しかし、宿泊代が安かったので、こんなもんかなと理解しました。
