充分満足感のあるひとり旅でした。

お部屋の設備は綺麗で快適でした。2月に訪れましたが、寒さも感じる事なく暖かく過ごす事が出来ました。館内のお風呂は使わず、町の共同浴場を利用したので、入浴設備については分かりませんでした。価格を考えるひとり旅には十分満足なレベルだと感じました。

室内のテーブルがやや安定が悪くカタカタ揺れる感じがありました。古めな家具を使われているのかと思いますが、出来ればそこは対応頂けるとありがたいです。

不知這是間完全無人管理AI民宿，若語言不通，可能會被拒於門外，無法入門，人生地不熟的情形下，直不知該怎辦，會一籌莫展。因下錯車站，延誤入住時間，巧遇好心的日本人相助，才得以入住民宿，非常非常非常感謝那

Great place which soon will become even better.

Communication and advice from the owner, free passes for local onsen as there were issues with the drainage. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were perfect, I didn't have as good sleep in more expensive hotels as in Naaaru.

Backpacker level accommodation at hotel level prices.

Good location

There were no towels and when we asked about it, we received a message that there were supposed to be rental towels. However, there were none in the place they were supposed to be kept. our check-in instructions were good, but in both nights we had to help very confused other occupants who hadn’t received good instructions. They were both Chinese speakers, so presumably, their booking portal didn’t get the same level of service. Having to assist others to enter the property is not ideal when you have no idea whether they are genuine or not. Property was noisy as there is zero soundproofing. Customer service was limited as it was remote.

泊まるだけなら、お勧めです

今回は紅葉を見るのが目的として、鳴子峡の近くで安く泊まれる宿。１人１台のwベッドはありがたかった。部屋はきれいに清掃されていました。

値段が安いのでコスパ良しで文句なし。

Awesome place for friends or family

- The wood interior and scent is decent. - The owner is hospitable and provides useful tourist information, though we haven't met in person. 🙂 - The vibe of the public space is awesome (had a good chat there). - The housewares are clean and new, including the powerful washing machine. - Free snack, tea and coffee are provided. - The room is also spacious and comfy.

Home a far away from a home

The ambiance of the hotel feels like a cabin home. The room was spacious. The facilities were good. They even had a washing machine and dryer that the guest can use freely. The owner was also very helpful and considerate to the concerns of the guest. If ever we will be back in Naruko Onsen, we will surely consider to check in this hotel again.

I hope there will be bath towels for the guest to use.
