Modern , Spacious and Cosy. It had all you need in the kitchen including tea, coffee ,washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc Within walking distance (less than 5mins ) to shops, pubs and restaurants.
Great base for exploring the lakes and surrounding areas .
We loved having the hot tub to use, however it would be better if it wasn’t log burning fire to heat.

The house is lovely really well thought out and has everything you need for your stay, it’s a great location to town and has parking.
The hot tub once finally warm was lovely and great for relaxing in. The main bathroom shower was fab and there was always hot water.
The beds were comfy and the tea, coffee and some milk there when you arrive was absolutely amazing.
Self check in and hosts number for if you need anything.
It’s on a road which as it was bank holiday weekend ment we had lots of loud cars driving past at all hours waking us up.
The property needs some maintenance and we asked if the hot tub could possibly be lit before we arrived but did not receive a response, as we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t mange to get the hot tub warm until the last night despite hoping it would be ready in a few hours if our first night.
On the last evening we tried to put up the umbrella over the hot tub to find it very loose on the wall so didn’t want to use it, I messaged the host to inform them of this so they knew it wasn’t us and didn’t receive a reply.

The location was fantastic parking for the property was good. Very clean and modern.
The lack of crockery and seating arrangements for eating, it was known that there were five adults and sleeping arrangements catered for this however there were only two seats at the dining table and not enough breakfast bowls or glasses. The hot tub had no water in it and we had to fill that ourselves which I thought was strange I get that it was fire lit so we had to heat it. We are in the middle of a heat wave and there was only one fan we felt all the rooms could have done with a fan. Just some
