I mean where do I start??? I’ve stayed at a few lodges on site before but WOW! Samantha went above & beyond to ensure that I was fully updated with arrival, payment even said to message if I needed anything which I fully appreciated! The lodge was absolutely GORGEOUS! Elegant and the perfect autumnal night in for me & my girlies she really had everything there that you need for your perfect break away DEFINITELY will be booking through her again in the future. Thank you so much! We all really appreciate how lovely you had it for us.

Lodge was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was great my husband spent a lot of time in it.
The only negative was there were no spare bin bags for rubbish.

The location was perfect just off the A1, easy to commute to local places of interest like nearby Alnwick, Amble and Craster or further afield if that's what you're after.
Swan lake is a lovely caravan at the front of the park, which had all the basic amenities for a few days away.
The hot tub was perfect, as we were lucky and had such nice weather to enjoy it.
There is also the added bonus of an onsite pub that offers food, it also has a downstairs games room with arcades, pool tables, dart board etc. The pub also has a small shop to buy milk, butter etc.
The caravan itself was lovely.
The only gripes were:
The exterior decking was a little unsteady and tired looking along with the outdoor furniture.
Not really the caravan to choose if travelling with dogs as the deck doesn't have proper solid type gates, they are retractable material type, however this didn't affect us for our trip.
The main sofa in the living room was so comfortable. Maybe a small coffee table could be incorporated into the space as we kept having to put our drinks on small plates on the carpet.
