Rooms were spacious, the property was located in main town area.

Bedrooms were spacious.
Good staffs and supportive.
Budget hotel for someone to stay near PSC building/ Civil station in kalpatta.
Good parking space.
Breakfast could have been more options. Breakfast restaurant had some bad smell.
Exhaust fan in one bath room was not working.
Rooms windows should open frequently to avoid fungus smell as wayanad is very moisture stagnating area.
Pillows were very old and found stains. Should change frequently.
Swimming pool were not much clean and size is average.
