The staff are kind, helpful, and polite. The room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. The service is courteous.
The sink was covered in toothpaste, the shower was soapy, and the trash bin wasn’t emptied.

The room was nice, big , the mattress was good.
There is no air condition on the corridors. The locations is far from the city center and not walkable.

It was convenient because we were attending an event inside the hotel. The sheets and towels were clean and some of the staff were very nice.
The hotel feels old and unmaintained. While it may have been lovely in its days of glory, those are gone. The carpet was dirty, the armchairs in the room were dirty as well. The drapes were dangling from the ceiling.
Some of the staff were very nice, but some quite rude.
I would have expected more from a 4 stars hotel.
