De locatie is geweldig, op de rand van D1 maar toch rustig. Het appartement heeft uitzicht op de grote rivier.

- View đẹp, có thể ngắm được bitexco và xem pháo hoa (độ cao ở tầng 4)
- Đầy đủ thiết bị bếp (nồi cơm điện, bếp điện, lò vi sóng, ấm đun..), dụng cụ ăn uống cũng như máy sấy, bàn ủi
- Sạch sẽ rộng rãi thoáng mát
- Phòng tắm có trang bị sữa tắm dầu gội đầy đủ.
- Sẽ còn quay lại.
Góp ý nhỏ với chủ nhà:
- Nên có thêm cây treo đồ thì sẽ tiện hơn
- Nên trang bị thêm bàn chải và kem đánh răng
- Không có free nước suối, trà, cafe
- Dao, kéo trong bếp hơi cùn, khó sử dụng

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll, es liegt sehr zentral und man kann so alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir wohnen in der 5. Etage, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, das Bett ist relativ bequem und auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist stark (das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt!)
Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so daß man den nicht enden wollenden Straßenlärm kaum hört.
Mit unserer Türkarte bedient man unten auch die Eingangstür und den Fahrstuhl. Wir kommen mit ihr aber nur in unsere Etage und in die 3. Etage zum Pool.
Es gab nur Besteck für eine Person und auch nur 1 Tasse, 2 Gläser, 2 Unterteller und 1 Teller aber da wir außer dem Frühstück eh immer draußen gegessen haben war das okay.
Am Pool stand ein Schild das nur "long stay" Gäste die Anlage nutzen dürfen und dass es für Booking Kunde nicht erlaubt ist. Das wird auch überprüft anhand der Appartementkarte.
Wir hatten kein Problem aber gestern haben wir eine Diskussion mitbekommen, da hatte ein Pärchen aus Neuseeland eine andere Karte und sie hätten den Pool eigentlich nicht benutzen dürfen.

Udfordringer med betaling - jeg troede pengene blev trukket via bookningen, men de skulle betales ved ankomst og beløbet var højere end man kan hæve pr. dag i HCMC, så det gav udfordringer.
