Location, location, location. Within easy walking distance of many sites. We were just a few hundred meters of the entrance to the Acropolis and Parthenon as well as the Acropolis Museum.
The clothes washer dryer door would not close properly and it didn’t work. Staff were quick to respond to concerns but the email with instructions for all the facilities was never received.

The location was incredible. We were right in the heart of Plaka. An easy walk to the Parthenon, all the shops and restaurants, it was perfect for our group who wanted to be in the middle of the action. It felt very secure with a 24 hour door man and good security.
The only downside was it was a little noisy at night, but it was to be expected for the location.
