About this house rental
Recently renovated home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open Floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall mount pot filler, oven and microwave. Outside patio with propane grill, large table and Solo Stove fire pit and chairs. We are about 1 mile to Downtown Historic McKinney with lots of restaurants and shops. We are less than 1/2 mile to famous Hutchins BBQ!

Master bedroom lights and other lights did not work

This newly renovated house was perfect for our family Christmas! We would use it again in a heartbeat. The open concept kitchen and living area make for such a nice expansive gathering space, and the four bedrooms and two full baths are very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The location is very convenient to some tasty local restaurants (e.g., Hutchens BBQ) and the town square. The host had the place in perfect shape and checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I have stayed in Vrbos every year. This is one of the cleanest, and one of the most spacious, with a great bed set up. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. They even had Christmas lights on the house which was great, since we were there to see Christmas lights and tour the home. Thanks for a great experience.

This was a girls trip for 2 nights. The home was very comfortable, so much so we never left the house. We made great memories and had lots of laughs. I will recommend and will come back again. The location was great with easy access from the highways.

My daughter and I came to visit family and friends. The house was perfect for everything we had planned. We spent time in McKinney but mostly sat and spent time together since we live in Arizona and can’t get to the Dallas area too often. The host was attentive and helpful.

Everything was well maintained and in working order - the interior as well as the exterior. Close to downtown McKinney and a great BBQ place!

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean. Our code stopped working and the Host was very quick on helping us get back into the rental.

House was very clean and as pictured. The location was not as expected but was close to everything. Overall, a nice stay. Blackout curtains would be helpful! Lots of light coming in early morning. It was stocked with a lot of extras which was nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is absolutely gorgeous!!! My oldest had a baby shower so me and some friends decided to make a girls weekend out of it! Very relaxing home. The attention to details was outstanding!

First of all, this house was absolutely stunning! The kitchen was open so we could host dinner and still keep an eye on our kids. Every bed was comfortable and met each of our sleep needs. The location was close to freeway access and perfect spot for our family to visit us. Any changes we needed it was easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely stay here again when we go back to visit TX!
