This newly renovated home in Succasunna, NJ, offers a perfect home-away-from-home for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful rental. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property provides plenty of space for up to five guests. The upper floor has two bedrooms a queen-sized bed in one and a twin in the other. The first downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and wardrobe. The second downstairs bedroom is an office with a full-sized murphy bed and closet, allowing the room to be converted into a sleeping area if needed.
The main living area features high ceilings and an open floor plan, giving the space a bright and airy feel. The modernly furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar, stools, electric stove, refrigerator, and all cooking basics and utensils. This property also includes two offices with high-speed wi-fi. The property also has on-site laundry, heating/air conditioning in each bedroom and blackout window treatments in all sleeping areas.
The outdoor space offers plenty of peace and relaxation with a backyard patio and walk-out lake access, including a beach and dock. The lake is a protected green space, and motorized boats are prohibited; fishing off the pier is prohibited.
This Succasunna home is seven minutes from Kohl's, Marshalls, and Walmart Supercenter. We are less than 10 minutes away from 80 or Route 10. With its convenient location, modern amenities, and plenty of space, this is the perfect place to rent for your midterm, still, we require a 60-day minimum stay.

This property was the ideal spot for my family in between houses. Beautiful yard and lake view. Lots of walking trails. House had everything we needed. Close to stores, rt 10. Easy gor everyone to get to work. Jen was super responsive and great communicator. We are so grateful!
