On the first floor you have access to an office, main entrance, living room, kitchen, backyard, 1/2 bath and garage. Upstairs on the right is the master bedroom with a master bath, dual sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet. In the middle of the hall is another full bathroom with tub. To the left of the stairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, one of them have 2 twin beds and the other has a queen. All bedrooms have closets and nightstands. Guests will be able to access the entire townhome during their stay including the fenced in backyard and the attached garage. We give our guests space but we are available when needed We give all our guests privacy during their stay. If you ever need anything we are only a call or text away. Nice quiet, small community that is family centered. 1 car garage, with a 2-car driveway. When entering neighborhood, turn left and we are on the left. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, our home is equipped with 1 exterior camera. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. HOUSE POLICY & RULES Check-in Form Is required to be completed by guest to receive check-in instructions and access codes Remove shoes while inside Check out time is at 11:00 am Local. Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 6am. Please keep the noise to a minimum out of respect of our neighbors No parties or large gatherings permitted / No smoking permitted $500 Party Violation Fee / $700 Non Smoking Fee will be applied if violated Notify Host/Co-Host of Arrival and departure Please only hand wash kitchen knives, pots & pans Only use white towels to dry off after bathing, please use black towels or the provided makeup remover wipes to remove makeup, etc Do not use white towels for spills, please use the paper towels or cleaning rags located under the sink. PET POLICY & RULES Guest must communicate with host upon booking that there will be a pet accompanying them. Mandatory $50 non refundable pet fee per stay Maximum of 2 pets per stay / DOGS ONLY Pet(s) must be a minimum of 1 year old, no pets will be allowed to stay under 1 year of age Please do not allow pet(s) on any furniture, pick up all pet waste from outside and dispose in blue trashcans before your departure. No unattended pets are allowed inside the house. A PET CRATE IS REQUIRED and not provided by hosts. All pets must be crated when not supervised, NO EXCEPTIONS. All pets must be on a leash outside the house. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only house broke pets allowed (Only potty trained pets allowed). Host(s) reserves the right to decline any pet if determined necessary by host(s). Any damages caused by the pet(s) will be charged to the guests card on file. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, our home is equipped with 1 exterior camera facing the front street (doorbell camera). The camera is ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside. This camera has 24/7 video monitoring and recording enabled. Tampering with device is prohibited.**FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES & PET POLICY & RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION & EVICTION
