This is definitely a place I would stay at again! The rooms were very clean, and the pillows were some of the best I’ve ever slept on, and I travel a lot! The breakfast was spectacular, and the staff treated every guest with such respect, kindness, and professionalism. A special mention to the wonderful ladies serving breakfast, who truly made me feel at home. 100% recommended!

Everything was perfect. I didn't like to leave so soon, but my next reservation was booked and very close to the places I had to go.

Overall it was a good experience.

I do not recommend this hotel for guests over the age of 50 or for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. It is very difficult to access a second-floor room without reliable assistance. I was assigned a second-floor room and had heavy luggage. Arriving was not a problem because the front desk staff helped me with my luggage. However, checking out was a completely different experience. The night before my departure, I reminded the front desk that I would need assistance with my luggage the following morning. They assured me there would be no problem. However, when I called the next morning, I was told that someone would be there shortly. After waiting for quite some time, I could not wait any longer because I needed to complete my checkout. I ended up carrying my heavy luggage down the stairs by myself. When I came downstairs carrying my luggage, the front desk clerk did not seem to realize that I had received no assistance. It was only after she looked at the screen and saw my room number that she asked if anyone had helped me with my luggage. By then, the answer was obvious—I had already carried it down the stairs by myself.
