Large 2 story, very clean and nicely furnished - recently updated living room. 2 large bedrooms Bunk is pyramid twin over a full. Oceanaire condo only 7 houses to the beach. Well kept home and managed well by assoc. Overlooking beautiful pool, no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Pool is open mid May to mid September. . Very nice quiet location. Walking distance to Ship Bottoms activities. Beach badges - 4- are left as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Standard coffee maker and Keurig supplied. Tenants must sign pool rules No smoking in home or on property please.
As a courtesy a pack n play and stroller are in the unit for your use. Owner Provides pillows and blankets for tenant use. MUST SIGN CONDO RULES. NOTHING HUNG OVER BALCONIES
