Immaculate three-level townhome with a private garage available to guests. Multiple decks for entertaining, coffee or evening cocktails! Incredible views of Shadow Mountain from back deck. A gorgeous downtown Grand Lake TH anytime of year. Hardwood and heated floors, granite counters, wood doors, private garage and several outdoor spaces. Fantastic WiFi connection for remote working. 1G down and 35 up. Pet friendly. One time pet fee. 2 Full bathrooms. One Jack&Jill located between two Queen bedrooms on second level. Top level of home has 2nd bathroom, King bedroom, kitchen and living area with two decks. Walkable to downtown and the local Mountain Market for groceries beverages and supplies! Private garage for one car parking and first come first serve guest parking. There’s plenty of free parking in town as well. We recommend no more than two vehicles. Snowmobile trails pass right by the entrance of the home. Great home for all season for accessing ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter and the lake, National park, ice cream shops and summer festivities. Hop on Hwy 34 and be at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park in under 5 minutes. 2 minute walk to Mountain Market for your grocery and beverage needs. Easy to walk your dog out the front door to walk around town and to the lake for a swim. Leash laws enforced, never allow your dog off leash. Please always pick up after your pet. A quiet location with the feeling of privacy even being so close to the hustle and bustle of summertime Grand Lake which has become a premier lake town destination. Shopping, lake like and nature all out your front door. Considering coming in winter time? Grand Lake is known for its snowmobiling and ice fishing! An excellent destination all year round. Snuggle up by the fireplace at night and enjoy the abundance of winter activities during the day. No public transportation. Must have car. Home is walkable to the local grocery store Mountain Market, shopping, the lake and nature. 1 garage spot available for cars. There is guest parking, 1st come first serve. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly. - This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level, and parking so as not to inconvenience the neighbors. - No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations, or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. Any more does not conform to local ordinances. - In the event you are locked out of the property, please contact us. -Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items. - The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. - There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions, and foxes. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside. -If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - pet cleaning fee. We spent a few days up in GL just to get out of town. This condo was great for our needs. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would def book it again.
