Roof top Deck with hot tub. Tenants responsible for propane refill for grill and cleaning grill aftr each use. 10 beach passes. No more than 16 people including children. TENANTS TO SIGN ADDENDUM FOR SWING SET AND HOT TUB. Weekly rentals only, no parties. Tenant to bring pillows , blankets are provided. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of $750 with the purchase of the damage insurance.
