Newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, just a few houses from the beach! High quality finishes, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings & linens provided. Walking distance to many Ship Bottom businesses (Farias Surf & Sport, Heartland Mini Golf, Ferrara's Bakery, Mystic Market, Lang's Liquors & more!) Ocean & bay views from the front deck & roof-top deck (large outdoor sectional.) Fenced in backyard with landscaping, outdoor shower & a putting green! Ground level has additional living room (air conditioned) with a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Feel free to message me with any additional questions!

This property was decorated and furnished perfectly for the beach vibe you want to experience in LBI! Kacie was great and very responsive. Definitely coming back!!

Our vacation could not have been better. This was by far the best rental we’ve had over the past 5 years. Kacie was wonderful and so accommodating! Beautiful home, so clean and decorated so well. Would love to rent again next year!

This is a very beautiful clean property! We loved how close it was to the beach. This house offers many spectacular views of the beach and the bay . The house is close to places to eat at and shop! We all enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back soon.

The house was lovely, clean, well decorated and felt just like home. All of the amenities were perfect and the places to grab a bite to eat or ice cream were amazing. Great location! Only info I would add (since we brought a wagon for the kids) is that there are a few stairs at the end of the road to get to the beach. However, we will definitely be back!
