About this house rental

Located in Concan, this charming house for $1,090 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Tranquility is a spacious home in the Heartstone Subdivision with just a short 1/2 block walk to the river. This home sleeps 34 with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms with an open concept kitchen and living room. All the rooms are large and offer lots of space. There is a pool table for inside entertainment and outside offers much more. Outside offers a great pool for beating that Texas heat if you haven't had enough water fun from the river. There is a large covered porch great for large meals and just hanging out. Out past the porch is an area to play horseshoes or volleyball and a fire pit for those nights spent with family and friends around a fire. Bedroom 1: One king Bedroom 2: One king and twin with trundle Bedroom 3: Two queens Bedroom 4: Two queens Bedroom 5: Two queens Bedroom 6: Upstairs - two queens Bedroom 7: Upstairs - four sets of bunk beds with double bottoms and twin tops WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEET OR TOWELS. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN OR RENT THEM FOR $10/BED.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool table liner was all cut up. One pool stick was broken, two were missing the tops, one had a broken top.Kitchen cabinets was falling apart. Th3 restroom upstairs was leaking to the pool table room downstairs. And somebody would knock on 5he windows at night,and flashing light to the window by the pool table room.It felt like I paid to much for some thing that 2as not worth it.
