Located in downtown Glenwood Springs this historic victorian circa 1890 was converted to a duplex in the early 20th century and is walking distance to restaurants & breweries. Whether you are visiting for the history, food scene, hiking, hot springs, Skiing or fishing you will be minutes to everything you are looking for. Enjoy this charming 19th century victorian!  Walking distances…according to google maps Glenwood Springs 7th St. Train Station – 1 min Restaurant Row on Grand – 4 min Glenwood Hot Springs Pool – 10 min Glenwood Canyon Caves & Adventure Park – 20 min Iron Mountain Hot Springs  - 24min Details: When you visit our rental you will have a private living room, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, and Master bedroom with a queen bed. There is a shared laundry room adjacent to the master bedroom with a deadbolt between the master and laundry to ensure guest comfort and safety. During Summer Months a portable AC is provided in the living room! This unit has a private driveway accessed from Blake ave! If you have a larger party, we also have two adjacent 1-bedroom units, contact us for details. Permit number: 23-008

Fiancé and I spent a weekend away as a stay-cation in Glenwood to relax and enjoy the hot springs. And the cozy house was the perfect vibe to add to the experience. Walking distance from so much made everything feel like home away from home.

What a cute place! Very clean and updated. The kitchen had everything I needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops along with a short drive to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Dustin was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay in this perfect little house. It’s location is optimal for our visits to Glennwood Springs, it’s close enough to downtown to be easily walkable giving you access to the shops and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the accommodation is comfortable and well appointed.

The location of unit to downtown can’t be better. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Management company and cleaning crew are definitely letting this owner down and need to be fired immediately. Repairs to plumbing, outdoor furniture and attention to detail in cleaning inside and out as well as proper laundry washing and drying without cutting corners and time are needed. Honestly I feel bad for the owner and would prefer to review those responsible for letting conditions deteriorate.

We choose this property for is proximity to Amtrak and the restaurants of downtown and it did not disappoint. It was an easy walk to everything Glenwood Springs had to offer. Any issues we experienced were expeditiously handle by the host. On checkout day, Amtrak was running late and Dustin was kind enough to give us a later checkout time. I would stay here again in the future.
