Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Getting Around: Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
