Very nice location, pretty close to the city center. Apartments had all you might need for cooking, and the renovations appear to be recent. The apartment on its own looks good.
The staff does not respond to text messages, so if you want to know something, you always need to call. There was no hot water in the apartment, and we had to find the hot water valve ourselves to even be able to take a shower. To get the keys you have to walk for 40 minutes around the city center (20 there 20 back), so if you're already tired - be ready. The room also smelled like paint, so we had to open windows. For such a price I wouldn't recommend staying here.
